Jozani Forest

We'll visit Zanzibar's only national forest, a 3000-hectare reserve rich in biodiversity. We'll walk among ancient eucalyptus trees, impressive palms and mangroves that root in brackish water. There we can encounter rare animals like dik-diks, mongooses and especially Zanzibar's unique red monkeys, a protected species that lives only here 🐾🌳.
